What began as a husband and wife team with a love for fine spirits has grown into a dedicated crew of over eight passionate individuals, all committed to crafting exceptional, hand-crafted spirits.

At Fire Oak, we believe in quality without compromise. Using only the finest grains and our authentic traditional copper stills, we produce some of the best whiskeys, vodka and gin around.
